A WISH TAKES MORE THAN MAGIC.
IT TAKES MUSCLE.
Fabian, who was diagnosed with leukemia during his first week in Kindergarten shows that fighting a critical illness takes more than magic, it takes muscle. Wishes have proven physical and emotional benefits that can give children with critical illnesses the strength they need to fight for better health. That might sound magical, but it takes the collective force of doctors, donors and volunteers – all working together to make the seemingly impossible possible.
This World Wish Day, help us get closer to our vision of granting the wish of every eligible child.
Fabian has been battling leukemia since he was just five years old. He has endured long hospital stays as well as countless chemotherapy treatments. One thing that keeps him fighting on is thinking about his wish, when he met John Cena. Fabian has always had a passion for WWE. According to Fabian, “John Cena is the greatest wrestler in the world! He is really nice and awesome.”
Not only did Fabian have the opportunity to meet John Cena, he was able to attend a WWE match and participate in a promotion with him to spread the word about World Wish Day's #ArmWrestleChallenge.
